admitted he lied to her family about where her body was buried on the island of Aruba

Well.. since they didn't find it there, didn't they already know that?

His parents should swing too, if they knew the truth.

Whatever... just stick him in the toughest prison Peru has to offer and let the chips fall where they may.

Prosecuting a murderer for extortion. That’s our FBI.

He “admitted he lied.” Did anyone check? The fellow says whatever seems useful at the moment and wouldn’t recognize truth. He was doomed from the time his daddy died. I am not sure Dad could have reached out to Peru to protect him but perhaps had the old judge been still extant, Joran would not have strayed into unprotected territory. I have wondered since it first became apparent that Daddy’s protective bubble was keeping the son safe after Natalie what Daddy’s history is?

Maybe they will offer him a plea bargain if he’ll also confess to the anthrax mailings. They still have egg on their face over that one.

I heard some woman on overnight America (sounds like a lib program from how the host talks) that has a website, she thinks he’s innocent of killing Natalee and that he has a wonderful family.. the host didn’t mention the Thailand sex trafficking or this extortion case tho.. hmm.

'Prosecuting a murderer for extortion. That’s our FBI."

Heck, they got Capone for tax evasion and postal fraud. You make the case you can make. I don't blame the FBI, I blame Holder's DOJ for waiting so damn long to get an indictment. If they had moved more expeditiously, there's a reasonable chance that young Peruvian woman would still be alive.

Obama's fault.

Is there another crime under U.S. jurisdiction that they can charge him with?

What possible punishment is he facing in Peru for the murder there?

Would like in prison in the US be more of a punishment than Life or a Death Sentence in Peru?

I think I read that with a confession in Peru he would face 35 years in prison and Peru has no death penalty, if I remember it correctly.

Of course his sentence in Peru will be pretty crummy, whatever it is. Works for me. But I was talking about the FBI comment you made, as if they should’ve charged him with something else. Seems to me they don’t have jurisdiction for anything but the extortion attempt.

Perhaps the US Govt can nail his butt once his sentence in Peru has been served (all be it 35 yrs max). I think that this guy is ‘just-a-itching’ to tell someone about Ms.Holloway. Maybe he will spill the beans when the other Peruvian prisoners give him the what for. I really hope so ‘cause the Holloway family really deserves closure on this.

Remember, he is also the creep that tried/did have involvement in selling young girls in Asia. Got this from FoxNew and the Greta show.
