The only thing we need to generate revenue is USER FEES. Of course, we need to privatise the road system, the police, the fire departments, the court system, and the military. Oddly enough, the only thing I think we should tax is marijuana, but that's just to provide a justification for legalising it.
Um, Communism needs a PROGRESSIVE income tax; IOW, it depends on people being treated unequally... this amendment prohibits ANY such discrimination in an Income tax.

WTF left the world to any one individual/group to “tax” (robbery at gunpoint, directly or indirectly, either willingly or otherwise, whatever!). That’s it, the anount of tax, great or small is no factor.
