It shows state of mind. This jerkwad ought to get the chair.

I guess a mustache wouldn’t do the trick.

Gundog in Post 19 has clarified things. This man is already on death row, and has been for twelve years, so this is an old story. Interesting and joke worthy at the expense of the scumbag, but old.

RIP General Marion Carl, God bless Mrs. Carl.

Fry the guy already.

He’s being tried for a murder that took place in 2007, while he was a prisoner.

Nice guy. Thanks for the info, but what are they going to do? Kill him twice? Kill him for the first murder and bring him back to life if he’s acquitted for the second?

And if he’s found guilty, do they have to postpone the execution for his killing General Carl while he appeals the verdict for the second murder?

Don't give the ACLU any ideas.

Nope. First come, first served.

Heaven forfend.

Nope. First come, first served.

So... The point of the second trial is...? Spending taxpayers' money? Useless exercise, but keeping judges, court reporters, lawyers, and bailiffs employed?

The point of the second trial is to make sure he gets dead in case the first one gets thrown out.

Oh. Thanks. I’m so ignorant about all that prison/murder/criminal law stuff. Too bad Mumia didn’t kill someone in prison.
