Actually, innocent until proven guilty is English common law, which is used pretty much everywhere that used to be part of the British Empire, including the US.
Roman law and Napolionic law is guilty until proven innocent, and this is used is most of continental Europe and Latin America.
Think there are some non English-speaking countries that also use innocent until proven guilty.
