First of all, what is “sack tapping”? Not for nothing, but people think NY is weird and dangerous. From what I read, the mid west is a lot odder with all these violent and stupid games they like to play. Is it because they are so football obsessed? I would make the sack tapper pay off the medical bill.
I'd make him pay more than that. The boy had to have his testicle amputated. This is a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
