Same here in KS. They can not take a whole lane but they can not ride in the gutter either. I live out in the country and we have about a 15 mile stretch of road that is rather straight with a few small hills they guys and gals who ride it stay on the side if the road in single file and wave as you go by. Pretty good bunch of folks.
