The “REAL” victims are those people the thug uncle took advantage of in collecting his “several warrants.” Then of course, those warrants MIGHT all be phonies. You know...something the EEEEVIL cops dreamed up just so they could tase a seven year old kid!! Ya gotta watch out for those cops, don’t ya know. Pretty shifty types.
