My dad "married" Jayne Mansfield on a San Franciso beach when they were teens in a mock ceremony. IIRC, She used a beach towel as a veil.

There was a whole group of kids that they hung around with at the time. Just a day of having fun at the beach....I have a couple of pictures somewhere. I've wondered a few times if her daughter would want a copy of them. (if she didn't think I was some kook)
