My SIL likes to play this trick at work--She goes into work and tells her Obama loving coworkers, "Did you hear that stupid thing that Sarah Palin said?" Then she recites the stupid thing. She then says, "Oh wait a minute! Nevermind, that was Barack Obama!"

I think after doing the trick a few times, they are not falling for it now.

Then she needs to go in and say...Did you hear what Barak Obama said...then she should go on to cite a sensible statement that most in the room would agree to, then say...”oh wait it was Sarah Palin that said that”!
