It says on my ticket, appear to request trial. Then another date will be provided.
Got it....then if I were you I wouldn’t tip my hand by “showing” any photographic or affidavit evidence; chances might still be good that a cop won’t be pulled off the street for a seat belt violation when you get the trial date.
