“after his dogs were stolen from his yard’
If they were stolen from his yard that does sound like they were “stray” to me. Something about this I don’t get.
This has nothing to do with strays. imo, this is about controlling all dog ownership with dog licenses. You can’t claim “it don’t have a license or spayed or neutered cuz it’s just a stray that I put food out for”.
I saw the story on my local news Wed. night. The dogs were Huskies and both had ID tags and imbedded chips. They were on chains attached to trees and on grass outside of what appeared to be his office. ....They were not mistreated dogs and were not strays. They were stolen.
