Thanks for the link, I watched it last night. I will watch it again when I get the opportunity, just to let it sink in a little more. There are some questions I would ask that Dr if I could.

These results support the idea that fructose, such as present in table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup, could have a role in the epidemic of obesity and metabolic syndrome
