I agree ... and it has pushed my brain into ‘Galt’... I find myself mentally paralyzed... why should i do my normal work, which is normally 60-80 hrs/week, when they plan on taking 66% of my earnings next year? (about the time I would start to receive payoff for the hard work)

it’s the fact that 2/3s of my earnings will go to pay for the mortgages, cell phones, food, booze, and a ton of other things via govt social programs instead of going to me or mine.

I refuse to be a slave working to pay the bills of 90% of the country. it’s an afront to my civil rights, it’s unConstitutional, and it runs counter to everything the founders stood for.

I really don’t know what to do or how to deal with this.

I seriously doubt that the US military will turn on the American people. It is more likely that such an order would go the other way.

It wouldn't be that simple. Think about it - how are the democrats going to get it started? They'll get their shock troops in the SEIU (some of whom have, no doubt, been conducting "training exercises" in Greece and Thailand) to start civil unrest/riots/etc when the next big market plunge happens and everyone's starting to feel scared s**tless - all of the well-fed upper-middle-class and trust fund babies who have been spoon-fed socialist pablum in their upper-middle-class schools by the socialists and unionists who control the public education system in the US will join right in, as they have on several occasions already - and in pretty short order there will be rioting in the streets, with burning cars, and possibly burning buildings. Do you really think the military would just sit tight in a situation like that, particularly if they've been given orders to restore calm? I don't think so, and I don't think most Americans would expect them to.

Here's the rub, though. If we had a President who cared more about the country than he does about his failed ideological aspirations, he'd order the military to capture those fomenting the civil unrest I described above and, in short order, they would, and the unrest would start to die down. However, we have a President who cares more about his failed ideological aspirations than he does about the country, and so he and his minions in the democrat party, far from trying to have the SEIU thugs brought to justice, willl be co-ordinating with them to make sure that they don't get caught, which means that the civil unrest will continue unabated.

That will result in ordinary Americans reaching the ends of their already frayed ropes sooner rather than later and deciding that, if the government cannot bring things under control and stop the looting and the vandalism and the attacks - including rapes - then, like Americans down through the ages, they'll form self-protection groups and start patrolling their own neighborhoods. That will immediately bring them into conflict with the military, which by that time will have gotten rather frustrated, and perhaps a little desperate, at their apparent inability to capture the masterminds behind the civil unrest - given that they won't be privy to the democrats' continuing machinations with the SEIU thugs - and that will inevitably lead to violent conflict between the military and ordinary American citizens. I'll give you one guess who loses in that confrontation. Once the confrontation happens, however, all bets are off, and it becomes feasible for all manner of armed extremists - both left-wing and right-wing - to start attacking the military and declaring armed rebellion.
