A judge has ordered Lindsay Lohan to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet and take weekly drug and alcohol tests, according to The Associated Press.

Yeah, she has random drug testing each week and a SCRAM bracelet. Unless she can keep herself drug/alcohol free till July 6 court date I expect she’ll be in the news.

I don’t understand Ms. Lohan at all.
She’s filthy rich, and can certainly afford to ride in a limo wherever she needs to go.
I just don’t see how someone like that gets multiple DUI’s after receiving such a hassle the first time.

Why would you think she is filthy rich?I guess all we can say is that she's earned enough money to be filthy rich. And we can say she'd be a lot richer if she had in fact chosen to be driven everywhere she wished to go. And of course she'd be much richer if she hadn't stuffed ungodly sums of money up her nose.

TMZ got their hands on some pictures of Lindsay Lohan partying it up in Cannes with what looks to be lines of cocaine on the table.
The photo shows pantless Blohan posing beside a plate of white powder with straw in her hand.
We wonder what kind of excuse she's going to pull to explain this pic.
