“The Winds of War” and “War and Remembrance” Based on the novels by Herman Wouk staring Robert Mitchum.
War and Remembrance is still IMHO the best portrayal of the Holocaust and it's horrors, even more remarkable given the fact is was a Made-For-TV series.
