A dead woman who did not want to answer questions. We all have to pick our battles, but this is tragic.

Then again, government workers are controlled by their need to control. I was visiting someone the other day when a very nice census worker rang the bell and asked the standard questions. The person I was visiting asked, "Why do I have to answer these questions again? I sent my forms back already." There was no ready answer - it was just something the census worker was asked to do and so she was doing it. She never questioned why she was doing what she was doing - 'just doing my job' starts small I suppose.

They are probably also making a list of people who don’t like answering these questions.
