I guess you could try. I guess you live in the neighborhood and know more than I do about the case. Or, are you one of those people who just reads an article and suddenly knows everything about the issue or doesn’t want to admit that they spoke out of turn? Whatever. Let me know how it turns out.

My point in all of this is if the child climbed over a fence then they are trespassing. If the child knew of the torment by other kid who throw rocks at the dogs then the other kids are just as guilty. If this child was young enough then there is child endangerment on the parents for not supervising the child.
