A couple of years ago during the winter I came across a similar situation where a car had slid on the ice in the street and went up a guy wire. So it is not that unusual.

...slid up the wire, and slid right back down...pushed the car back a bit, an got right back on the snowy road...
then, it was funny, today i’d freak...
I parked (ok, lost control and skidded wildly, eventually stopping) across a 3-foot ditch. Nicely positioned with rear wheels on one side and front wheels on the other. Cop happened by and just shook his head and left.
