I wish!
More than 50% of the people that reside in this national polical unit and somehow are delusional enough to identify themselves as my “fellow countrymen” DELIBERATELY used voting apparatus to select the Kenyan Muslim, and the mentally challenged senior you show in the picture, to wield executive authority in my country.
I wish I could take comfort in believing that was an accident, but I can’t.

I don’t live in Atlanta anymore. I’m out in the great Pacific Northwest now.

Given our drivers, I’d swear that’s New Mexico.... except everything’s green and the car doesn’t have three temporary spares on it.

You live near me, donchya? Wish I did, Laz, it must be on heck of a fun place with you around!
I'm in Southern Delaware--a red area in a blue state.

I once saw a state trooper car with its top torn off, and a cement truck next to it that had dumped its load into the passenger compartment.

It is the single weirdest thing I have ever seen. I seriously doubt that.

Were you a screenwriter for Miami Vice?
To: nkycincinnatikid
No, but if it was part of an episode, they shut down I-95 to film it.

Seriously I was not doubting you at all.
Your story just reminded me of an episode where a 1964 Caddy convertible, the pride and joy of the Cuban wise guy who worked with Sonny and Tubbs was filled with a few yards of fresh concrete. Life does imitate art.

Life does imitate art. Thanks for the reply. What I saw was so strange I always wondered if it could have been part of a TV show or movie, and it was in the Miami area.
