Ping.
Wonder if more ginger would help with every day aches and pains too?
How about gingerbread with whipped cream. Will that work??
Btt
Well their football players are going to need a lot of ginger after we whup their butts yet again in Jacksonville this year.
How do you tell if your pain is 25% better?
Don’t tell the doctors in the U.K. NHS this otherwise they are liable to withhold the meds and send you home with a bottle of spice.
You answer a series of questions that allow you to rate various pains and types of pain on a scale of 1 to 10.
LOL!

After a day of Gilligan you need some Ginger to ease the pain.
Oh. I read the article, but didn’t see that mentioned.
I wonder if this would help people with fibro? My sis has fibro.

I have found that taking a 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger daily helps my arthritis...just mix it with water and drink it down.
I like Ginger Snaps. I've got a whole lot of physical work planned for this weekend. Will keep them around for a snack this weekend and report back.
Heck, it settles your stomach. Can't hurt.
I agree. I have chronic pain and my tolerance is extremely high. I always have a real hard time on the 1-10 scale myself.
I was just answering your question generally. That’s the standard method by which doctors and researchers rate pain. After the patients and/or subjects answer all the questions and score their various pain levels, the doctors and/or researchers add up the numbers. If the aggregate score following a ginger regimen is twenty-five percent lower than the pre-ginger number, they conclude it reduced pain by that amount.
