I’ve been lifting weights for 25 years...At 6’-5”, I weigh about 300 lbs...I have most of a six pack (the lower abs are a bit blurred) and estimate that my body fat is prolly 18-20% at the most. If I had a body fat % of ZERO the BMI would still say I’m obese...
