Indeed! Phil is at the peak of his career and should be the current #1, not the once-great, used-to-be, has-been Tiger.
Phil is 40 and Tiger is 34. Phil started working more on fitness last year and this year he is even fitter.
I think the Tiger “injuries” may be BS. I am not convinced the bad kneee was really bad. A week after he stopped playing to get the knee worked on - the PGA started testing for steroids and other PEDs. He either knew it was coming and took time off to get off the juice or the PGA in private told him he had to stop.
