How about this story: Police investigators found that Mitchell was driving over 120 mph in the opposite direction while responding to an emergency call when he crossed the center median and struck the Uhl’s vehicle head on.

Illinois State Trooper…texting and using his laptop while going 120mph to a non-emergency. He tried to pin the accident on the two girls he killed, until the evidence caught up with him.

He resigned and got 30 months probation…not a day in jail.
