I agree. Put prisoners to work cutting and binding the stuff, put out of work manual laborers to work driving down the trucks, get the local businesses involved to provide discounts for help, make sure there are plenty of industries, like Lowes, Home Depot, Hertz Rental Trucks, Pepsi Cola, ImBev, you name it.

Tennessee could use a little love right now, too. That's a little harder to do. Medical shots and so forth would be needed, but it could be done there, too.

This country was built on “help or get out of the way”. I don't know when we came to the point where we thought we're too good to do the work or too feeble. We always used to saddle up and get the job done. Now, everybody wants to sit and wait for the check in the mail.

Oh, and get those fishing boats out there in the Gulf to round up the hay and straw. If they can’t fish, they can join the round up.
