LOL There used to be a dirty bookstore across from pizza hut in town. We called it Whackin Hut.

They used to have many contracts overseas protecting American Embassies. I have used them.

The unions representing state prison employees and politically reliable news media put out a lot of negative propaganda about private prisons. Most state prisons are no better and many are worse. Commercial prisons have a contract and are usually held to higher standards. Though most states pay correctional officers more than their private counterparts, state employees are just as prone to corruption because it’s harder to terminate them and they’re part of a bureaucracy that doesn’t have to make a profit or answer to shareholders. Private prisons have a high turnover rate because most people can’t handle the environment. Those who can adapt and perform well can advance quickly.

We contracted Wackenhut Fire Services in Iraq.

I believe they are out of Boca Raton, FL.

You’ll probably get mixed reviews about them but that would be true of a lot of companies like Dyncorps, ITT, KBR, etc.
