Too many cyclists exhibit the “I’m special” culture of demanding the right of way per law, but then running red lights, slipping alongside lanes, progressing too slowly, failure to signal, failure to yield, improper lane usage and so on.

How many cyclists do you observe truly obeying the law as if they are in a motor vehicle?

Few. In Colorado bikes are everywhere and even in places they are not allowed. I saw a bike on I-25 just yesterday.

You are absolutely right! This is what bugs me to no end about cyclists. Hey, I love riding bikes too, but I don’t expect the freaking world to bow down for me. I can stop on a dime, a car can’t! I see bikers dressed like they’re in Olymic training flying down the middle of the highway or road throughout the city demanding every car yield to them, all while they break every traffic law there is!
