If not even native americans can be considered “natural born”. Who the hell else can be called “natural born” citizen ?!? Neither Obama nor McCain were able to calm doubts about their “natural born” citizenship but were eligible as president of the US of A ! A NATIVE american is now considered not only non-”natural born” but not a citizen at all by supreme court. How can something like this happen ?

I’d guess we’ll need a more water proof definition by law of the terms “beeing a citizen” and beeing “natural born”.

“Natural born”, according to your constitution, means born of two American citizens. I'm not sure how being born of two Americans on foreign soil might affect this, but both parents must be American, for their child to be a Natural born American”.

I dont know why youre shocked. Thats exactly how it always should have been. The tribes, which are not native, claim to be sovereign peoples. Ultimately, they accepted a truce with the US in the form of reservations where they could remain sovereign. Sovereign apart from the US, by definition then not an American citizen.

Put some teeth in that and Wisconsin becomes a seriously conservative state (well, outside of Madison, which is part of the Chicago crime machine, anyway).

Not NOW, rather back in the 1870s when the case was decided. The law now makes even native Americans born on reservations under tribal law, citizens at birth.
