Certain things go on “in utero” (or however its spelled) including skin type things and general nourishment. My daughters would fake their teachers out when they were younger. Will have to remind them not to try it with a judge!

Fingerprint ridges are formed in utero very early on by pressure in the forming fingers. Every person's fingerprints, and corneal vessel pattern, is totally unique.
