That's one of the reasons these cities are whining. The illegals are already starting to leave Arizona. I can see the dust trails pointing towards these cities from my house. LOL!
It's really strange but I've read a number of stories over the past couple years about many of these same cities losing their patience and tolerance for "the homeless". Now this!

It is kind of ironic, isn't it? According to the last census in San Francisco, in 2006, they have fewer Hispanic residents than the CA average (CA is 32.4% Hispanic, SF is only 14.1% Hispanic). I guess that's gonna change! LOL!
