Giving the finger is not illegal. You a have a free speech steppingstone here. You hear a lot worse on any city street and nothing is done about it. I think anti-gay bias allows for this piling on. Next thing, they will have Sarah in jail for saying “reload” since you can connect reload with vollies fired which equals X number of deaths. That’s a lot more deaths than caused by use of that body part, thereby backdoor justification of “reload” being a dirty word.

I have to agree with you. Being embarrassed by being tossed out is a lesson unto itself. I would sure hope there’s more to it than the shirt.

Should the text of the shirt be visible in her mugshot?

The Judge wasn’t being harsh... she was just placing her
in ‘protective custody’ for a couple of days. Anyone that
stupid needs protection.

She needs to get a new aesthetician. I'd volunteer a new anaesthetician.

Contempt of court usually does mandate jail time. The little b*tch should’ve kept her smart mouth shut.

When you are in a courtroom lady, the Judge makes the rules.
Ah, so that's how it works. I always thought one got sentenced to jail for first breaking a law, then being found guilty then sentenced.........
Thanks for the clarification on the new judicial system in this country.
Lets round up some tea partiers and show them the same justice...........

Does this really pass the smell test (no pun intended)? Was there more to this classy lady's behavior than just a simple statement to the judge that the t-shirt would be inappropriate were she a defendant? Is it possible she was a little less than classy in how she voiced her answer? Just asking.
