IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) - Anglers fishing the South Fork of the Snake River could soon be getting paid to keep rainbow trout.
The cash-for-rainbow program is the latest management tool aimed at helping preserve native Yellowstone cutthroat trout, a species struggling to keep pace with rainbows.
