I have the ASUS 7" eeePC.


Nice and portable, runs Linux, but the keyboard is uncomfortably small and the 7" screen resolution is weird.

I got one for my son, I had an extra monitor lying around so when he has it at the desk he just simply plugs it in there. Also got a USB keyboard cheap to use as well.

We have an Acer Aspire One and right now I’m using a an Asus like yours. It runs great but I’m not very familiar with Linux. Haven’t had to yet; but is it difficult to install software or drivers?
