Why would a tractor not work again?

I think hand pumps exist. if not, they will be invented.

Wouldn't be all that hard to manually pump the gas out of the underground tanks. Assuming you have a working vehicle in which to put the gas.

Older tractors don’t have fuel pumps (or computer chips).
