The fan, wearing a baseball cap, red T-shirt and khaki shorts, hopped a fence and scurried around the outfield at Citizens Bank Park, eluding two security officers in the bottom of the eighth inning against the St. Louis Cardinals.
One officer used a Taser and the fan went down in a heap.

Well, the goofball wanted attention. He’s getting it in spades now.
Cop musta been a Cards fan...
bwah hahaha I was hoping there would be video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riCu3LJOgmk
17 years old? They should check his blood alcohol level and see if they were serving him beer at the stadium. He got what he deserved and the response was appropriate. These days who knows whether a “fan” is out on the field to do harm to a player or not?
LOL! You won’t see fans on the field in Philly anytime soon.
that video was funny, but this one is a bit disturbing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqRfHqx8Ce0&feature=related
So true. After all, the media has spent the past weekend warning us of balding middle aged white guys placing bombs into SUVs in Tinmes Square (wonder how much play the fact that the arrested perp was a Muzzie).
Outstanding! Give that cop a case of Tasty Cake!
Saw the Tastycake Parade this morning on the tv. They were throwing tastycakes from the trucks for anyone walking by.
But who were they directed at?
It’s Philly. The fans boo at anything that moves.
Don’t tase me, bro!
Disturbing due to the Epic Beard Man’s behavior or the police behavior?
Same video:

That guy has some history with causing problems and mental issues. Not saying the cops weren’t heavy handed but I suspect he’s not partially at fault.
A more well known video of him:

Whether it’s for him or someone he encounters, be ready to call the Amberlamps ;)
Well, at least he wasn’t streaking!
Yep, that would have made his hair stand on end...all over.
I was watching one of the early morning news shows (Fox?) and someone made a crack that the photo could have come from Arizona. ;-)
The cops would have risked injury pulling that guy out of there. I used to work stadium bouncer. Sometimes you can’t help doing things like that to unruly fans. I side with the cops.
if Mariano Rivera the Yankee closer was involved in a chase down and tasing you would have heard
dont taze me MO! (substitute Bo Jackson, or Mo Vaughn, as you like)
