Is that his dark side, or breaking secrecy to send a warning about someone elses upcoming action? Since Jobs mentioned it, I would be surprised if Apple participates in such an attack, given Apple’s secrecy.

There's nothing "to take" ... other than he seems to know of something going on behind the scenes... and he's just made it known to the public ... now...

Apparently that was his objective -- to make it known to the public -- because he does know that everything he writes gets blasted out in the media, even when it's one or two words in an e-mail to some developer ... LOL ...

It appears that there is some group out there (I don't know who...) which is apparently getting ready for some legal fight here... so that's good to know ...
