They must have at least 10 camera crews running all kinds of clever, resourceful infiltrative, tricky ploys to penetrate the three outer perimeter circles of Chinese 公安局 personal security around Kim Jong il in Dalian, to get a snap of him and also see if "Junior" is with him.
