Your only mistake is not putting cheese in the hot dog before you wrap it in bacon....yummy, my grandkids like it without the bacon, just cheesy dogs they call them..

I suggest you use real cheese like colby...I have used Velvetta but it has a lot of liquid that when heated makes it less tasty than a colby or any other cheese one likes..
