In Mexico City, Mayor Marcelo Ebrard announced he would try to join lawsuits seeking to overturn the law, with a statement from his office calling the measure "a planned Apartheid against Mexicans."

And officials in El Salvador urged countrymen to avoid traveling to Arizona, according to the Foreign Ministry.

So the mayor of Mexico City is going to sue to overturn the law? The way Mexico intervenes in our politics just makes my blood boil. I agree with the El Salvador official's boycott--stay the Hell home. Quit coming here looking for a handout.

"El Salvador"

Yes, I'm sure Arizona was high on the list of places people from El Salvador were going to travel to this year. I'll bet Arizona restaurants, hotels, and resorts are dreading the dearth of El Salvadoran tourists this summer. (smirk)
