The Bible forbids graven images or depictions of God, but that hasn’t stopped actors from depicting him in movies, artwork from showing him as an old man with a white beard, or cartoons from showing him. And, mysteriously, none of these people have been murdered.
Christians have to deal with explicitly forbidden imagery of God all the time - sometimes even in church. Islamists just need to get over themselves; what makes them so freaking special?
Their problem is that they are *not* special; in fact, they are wholly insignificant. Hence their hatred, born out of a deeply seated, 1400-year-old (well-deserved) inferiority complex. They're the stupid, ugly kid living in the basement, the one the other kids don't want to play with.
