He doesn't need to poison any animal/s. He needs a fence in front, and he knows it. But a fence would solve his problem which he doesn't really want fixed. Same for another poster here (truly nuts) that has bragged about using poisons.

There's a word for people (other than criminal) that indiscriminately and willfully kill animals for fun. I imagine you can guess.
