In my choice for a candidate, how they deal with illegal immigration is huge, always has been. For something that is so crucial to me, a stance of go along to get along does not cut it. I want my candidate to put National Security FIRST! I want a candidate that has the stones to day it out loud that there is NO PATH TO CITIZENSHIP if you are here illegally. I want my candidate to say build a fence! You cannot have an open border, virtual fencing, sanctuary cities, etc and say you are tough on National Security! I am not a single issue voter but that is a huge issue for me and not one I am willing to bend on.

I’m not implying anything. It is reality that a VP supports the policies of the President, something we should be learning in 8th grade.
id George Bush believed Reagan’s econ policies were “voodoo” economics. Yet he supported the President...etc.
