Headline asks the wrong question. It is irrelevent if it is seditious. We have the right to be seditious in our speech. Better headline would be, "Do liberals making a big deal out of disatisfaction with the government not have the slightest clue that criticism of the government is legal, right and proper?"

OK, a little long for a headline...

And to top it all off, Al Frankenweenie. A bigger joke than Zero, if that's possible.

I’m not sure.

Scarry is that 36% would consider curtailing free speech - although I’m sure same respondents see nothing wrong with burning the U.S. flag.

Ain’t it the truth. You would think that in this day and age of instant video, those who live in a media glass house would do a quick check before they would spout on tv...

Hypocrisy is the middle name of the Left. Do as I say but don’t do as I do.

It’s not like they are saying obama should be murdered like the left frequently was fond of doing with Pres. Bush.

This is kind of amusing.

First, here’s the vote, as of now:

Acts of sedition
Do the speech and actions of Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin rise to the level of sedition?
Total Votes = 1277
Yes, and they should be charged.
17.46 %
No, but they’re awfully close.
14.01 %
No. They’re exercising their free speech rights.
66.79 %
I’m not sure.
1.722 %

AND right next to that, here’s where the story ranks in local interest up in liberal la-la-land (hint: it’s down at number 8):

1. Fergus Falls man, 77, dies after wife backs car into him
2. Charley Walters: Vikings need a cornerback with their first pick in...
3. Judge grants trustee access to items in Hecker house
4. NFL MOCK DRAFT
5. Latvian Oto Osenieks commits to Gophers
6. Laptop falls from helicopter, nearly hits St. Cloud boy
7. Mother of Wisconsin bride delivers passer-by’s baby
8. Time’s Joe Klein: Yes, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin are near sedition
9. Interactive: Whom will the Vikings and other NFC North teams draft...
10. Bob Sansevere: Grading the Vikings’ drafts under Brad Childress
