ABDs come in Scott/Standard or Johnson/Classic
they are modern day equivalents of the old Appalachin-Southern catch/hunt dogs of the 1700s and 1800s which were consolidated by Alan Scott and Dr. Johnson in Ft Payne Alabama and NW Georgia respectively in 1960s
Scotts are lanky and snouty and liver lipped
Johnson much more bully and stocky..english faced

they are very very powerful and should only be handled by folks who can deal with alpha dogs...like me...who have a history of it
children have to be watched
mine is 7 months /70 pounds...so far extremely people easy...my Dobies and Rotts were much more suspicious by now
