What I do know for sure is that the score is currently Obama: 69/”Birthers”: 0.

And what you do know for sure ain't much.

There is no score because team Obama is the one evading a Court contest. Team Obama is the one afraid of appearing in Court. Team Obama is hiding in the locker room hoping for rain outs from referees who are like their positions more than they like doing their jobs.

So in the meantime, in the Court of Public Opinion, it is Birthers 61, Obama 39 -- and that is the score that will really count.

You’re a little confused, as usual. It is the judges of state and federal courts and the justices of the US Supreme Court, state courts of appeals, the US Court of Appeals and state supreme courts who dismiss lawsuits and deny them hearings, it is not “team Obama” or any other team.

As Judge Royce Lamberth, an appointee of Ronald Reagan and the hand-picked judge that birther attorney Orly Taitz wanted to hear her quo warranto lawsuit against Obama, said just last week: “This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Constitution. See U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”—Judge Royce Lamberth, Chief Judge US District Court for the District of Columbia
If Judge Lamberth wasn’t such a fine conservative gentleman he might have said: “Take your frivolous lawsuit and stick it where the sun don’t shine.”
