Dr. Fukino was appointed by and works for the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle and her statement about Obama’s birth documents was reviewed and approved by the Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark. L. Bennett who is also a Republican.

----Deputy Attorney General of the State of Hawaii, which affirms her email early last month to our Editor-in-Chief, Mr. John Charlton, stating that her office will not or cannot corroborate any of the Department of Health’s public statements regarding the alleged birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii.

You don’t need “information” to review a letter.
You fell for a John Charlton, Post and Email ruse: call the Office of the Attorney General and ask for the release of information that was used to approve Dr. Fukino’s letter validiting Obama’s Hawaii birth. A Deputy Attorney General tells Charlton, “I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any such informtation.” Charlton publishes that innocuous statement as a headline: “Hawaii refuses to confirm the existence of any information....blah, blah, blah.
However the Director of Communications for the Hawaii Department of Health had confirmed the approval of the Attorney General much earlier.
