Chrysler Appeal Assigned In Southern District Of New York.

The Chrysler appeal by the rejected dealers has been assigned to the Honorable Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein in the District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Steve Pidgeon has been admitted pro hac vice in the Southern District. My application will be filed next week.
Because our original pro hac vice applications arrived before the case was issued a docket number, they were returned by the Clerk’s office. But we have yet to receive the package which included my certificate of good standing issued by the NJ Board of Bar Examiners. Therefore, another one must be ordered.
Regardless, Steve has now been admitted, our appellate brief has been filed and the record is complete.
Both Steve and I will appear when oral argument is scheduled.

need to start blasting libs on these shows with one simple question. What hospital was Obama born in? They have said so far it has been two different ones. So which is it? Surely they can answer that question right? Or maybe, what doctor delivered Obama?
Rush is part of the cover up! How much time did he spend on Obama’s eligibility? Huh? Less than 5 minutes? Rush gave it just enough time so that if and when it does hit critical mass, Rush can say, “Hey! I did joke about it for 2 minutes!”
I AM DISGUSTED WITH RUSH!!
He is one of two things: A phony or a coward!
If Rush is a phony, when tyranny comes he will sell his talents to the oligarchy. He will eagerly spit shine the jack boot propaganda machine crushing our necks.
If Rush is merely a coward, then he is forgetting or ignoring the following:
** The fascist oligarchy will throw him off the air anyway.
** The fascist oligarchy will carry out their treats against him and his family anyway.
** The fascist oligarchy will take all his money anyway.
** The fascist oligarchy will reveal his deepest darkest secrets anyway.
Rush, in the way he handled Obama’s eligibility, has UTTERLY DESTROYED his brand name for honesty and integrity. I will never trust this slug slime again!
