GeronL:
I would not argue with you but when you have friends with cancer, Aids, macular degeneration and a few other diseases who cannot get relief from the “prescribed” product the cute blonde, with the rolling suitcase, influenced a doctor to prescribe and that friend found relief in marijuana you might open your eyes.
I don’t blame you for your perception and until I saw felt the same way.
I watched my mother puke her guts out for weeks before I finally convinced her to try a hit or two of weed. In less than a day the vomiting was gone and she started eating again.
She actually gained weight on chemo. Her Oncologist was stunned. I had a private chat with him and told him what I'd done. "Whatever works." was all he said.
She's cancer-free now and hasn't touched the stuff since.
I know this is what scientists call 'anectdotal' evidence. I don't give a damn. It worked for my family.
Then there's the fact that the Constitution doesn't grant the Feds the slightest hint of authority to regulate what any consenting adult choses to put into their body in the first place.
As I said above the folks who argue for Federal 'drug control' policy on this board are the worst sort of hypocrites. She's a recovering alcoholic so she was terrified she'd get 'hooked'. But once the chemo was over
Open my eyes?
lol
“prescribing” pot to a kid for laziness or ADHD is pure stupidity. People who do that deserve bullets to brains.
I don’t care what adults do. As long as its legal to fire or not to hire them because of drug use then I don’t care.
Do you have any healthy friends?
Don’t answer. I don’t want to know you, lest I be stricken as well.
