There has been some speculation that Elena Kagan, the allegedly lesbian Solicitor General, is a favorite for Supreme Court nomination. Perhaps this is to be expected, but it remains to be seen what the American publics reaction would be to having a radical feminist up for a position as a Supreme Court justice, which is one of the most powerful positions in the United States.
Kagans appointment as Solicitor General was enthusiastically endorsed by the Feminist Law Professors blog, which gives a good indication of exactly what her positions are in regards to feminism.

No, that one’s not a lesbo. Just so ugly you can’t imagine a man being interested. But the newest member has been without male suitors her entire adult life, according to reports.
For years, this woman prohibited military recruiters from setting foot on the campus of Harvard Law School. Even after the Solomon Amendment was passed (withholding funds from schools who went along with her crusade) she tried to hold on, but after a semester or so of being cut off from the federal gravy train, I take it the law school decided to put cash before principles.
Anyone who treats the military in this matter is automatically disqualified in my book. I don’t care what her credentials are.
