My husband is 66 and works harder *now* than he did before he “retired”...and *after* having a triple bypass!
*We* had to pay freaking taxes yesterday.
We wanted to go the tax day protest but he got so far behind because of his triple bypass, he has to bust @ss to catch up again and doesn’t know what “take a day off” means any more.
He works so hard and long he’s too exhausted when he comes in to eat dinner, let alone do his cardio exercises.
He ~has~ to just to make ends meet now because Obamanomics have driven up his raw materials costs anywhere from double-to-triple what they were before...*when* he can find a supplier to replace those who have gone under in the last year.
Liberalism IS a mental disorder.
Here’s praying for him. I can appreciate what he is going through.
