WILKINSBURG, Pa. (AP) -- Police say a third-grader in Pennsylvania handed out more than 60 small bags of heroin to his classmates before his teacher discovered them. Wilkinsburg police say the 8-year-old brought the bags to Turner Elementary School on Tuesday. At a news conference Wednesday, police said some of the bags were found empty in a trash can, but there was no evidence the kids had ingested the drugs.

Give out the good stuff for free, then when they get hooked bring out the black tar.

When I was in third grade kids didn’t even share their Halloween candy. I guess we were stingy.
A letter???? No call home asap saying your child was exposed to heroin? I would be flipping mad. And I thought NJ schools were bad....
No kidding. Completely incompetent and irresponsible.
